Payment Options
We also offer payment in the forms of Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and Care Credit. Care Credit can be used for all bills over $300.00. It is a simple process to complete in office. With Care Credit you spread your payments over 3 months to 48 months depending upon the cost. Our office also offers the 3, 6 and 12 month no interest/no prepayment option for various amounts. You can apply on-line at http://www.carecredit.com. If you apply in advance please bring your care credit number with you to the office.
